Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile apps and web products published by BuildandTeach Technology LLC ("BuildandTeach," "we," "us," or "our"), including any related content, updates, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. Our Services

BuildandTeach builds and operates a small portfolio of independent apps and web products, including but not limited to:

• Sweet Studio — a standalone web product at sweetstudio.app
• Gig Driver Income Tracker — an iOS app
• Sweet Dance Moves Library — an iOS app
• Memory Match: Brain Games — an iOS app
• Memory Master — an iOS app

These Terms apply to all of the above unless a specific app provides its own separate terms, in which case the app-specific terms govern for that app.

3. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use our Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps, and to access and use our web products, for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our Services.

5. Accounts

Some Services, including Sweet Studio, allow or require you to create an account. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@buildandteach.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

6. User Content

If a Service allows you to create, upload, or store content (such as saved routines, preferences, or other material within Sweet Studio), you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. You're responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the rights to share it.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are billed and processed entirely through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID, subject to Apple's own terms and payment policies. We don't process payments or store your payment information directly. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for a purchase, use your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or Media & Purchases), or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

8. Advertising & Third-Party Services

Some of our free apps display advertising served by third-party advertising networks to help keep them free. These networks may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Services may also link to or integrate with third-party platforms (such as the App Store, or services like FormSubmit for our contact form) that have their own terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

9. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps, except where permitted by law

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all associated app names, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, are owned by BuildandTeach Technology LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license granted in Section 4.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildandTeach Technology LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time by deleting the apps and/or your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services or for legal or operational reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BuildandTeach Technology LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
